We were immensely blessed to have Rev. Fr. Dr. Paul Poovathingal CMI, fondly known as the “Singing Priest,” lead an enriching session on Vocology and Voice Production.
A direct disciple of the legendary Dr. K. J. Yesudas, Fr. Paul is a renowned scholar, musician, and voice expert. With approximately 1,000 compositions and 35 music albums to his credit, his journey is a remarkable testimony to his passion and dedication to music.
Through his profound wisdom, rich experience, and practical guidance, Fr. Paul introduced our staff to the science of voice discipline and voice production. With simple yet effective exercises and clear explanations, he opened our eyes to the power, potential, and beauty of our own voices.
It was truly an enlightening, engaging, and refreshing session, leaving us inspired to discover and nurture the gift of voice entrusted to us by God.
