Our Lord today wants to teach us this I have called you by name, you are mine. God calls people by name. None of us is ignored by God, like the birds of the air and all created things, we are forever in God’s mind, under his care. Every person has an immense value and has a plan to fulfill. It is here that I need to ask myself. What does God wants of me? Why did God bring me into this world? God speaks to our hearts in silence. Let us silently think and pray.
